What a weekend! Went to the local quilt show to have a look at Siren Song and found out she won 3 ribbons. One was best computerized quilting. The painter was here and painted the kitchen and dinning room. The last of the odds and ends are at the new storage site waiting for when we can build a storage shed on our property. Now to put up the artwork on the walls and putting up the books that remain in what will be the hubbies wood working shop. Even the decks are being cleaned and the additional decking around and leading to “Quiltopia” have begun to be built by the hubby. We are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and it is very bright. Gotta run, have to go and start packing for a retreat Dianne and I are attending this weekend. The retreat begins Thursday and ends on Sunday with an awarding of a Quilt of Valor. I will have live video and will be blogging from the retreat so check back next week so see all the fun and new stuff we made and learned.
